USA Multiple visa indicates that you can enter USA as many times as you want for the period allotted to you. At point of entry (POE) you may get anywhere between three to six months to stay at a time.
Though legally you may re-enter on the very second day after your first stay, you will have to convince the Point of Entry officer as to why would you like to come back and how long will you like to stay?
The obvious question in the mind of POE officer is
For Tourist: How can one tour for more than 6 months at a time, dont you have any work back in India ?
For B1: Are you sure you are doing business ? or actually working ?
Therefore it is always important to time your visits. Unless you have a solid reason to revisit immediately.
